YogaGlo Prenatal Power Program!!!



Recently I shot an amazing Prenatal power course for YogaGlo. I was so excited to get this out for expecting mamas because I feel like there aren’t enough active programs out there for fit pregnant women. I’ve had many women ask me to create more yoga videos for them to support a healthy pregnancy while keeping up their level of fitness.

Prenatal Power is for:

My Prenatal Experience


Throughout my pregnancy with Timothy and the twins, I did not stop moving.  I continued teaching, practicing yoga and moving as much as I could. I made modifications when needed and listened to my body. I found staying active helped me tremendously have easy, healthy pregnancies and deliveries.





This Prenatal Power Program is for active moms to be, the program was designed with you in mind. Satisfy your craving for a challenging workout with a practice that can support you through all three trimesters.

You’ll focus on building strength without over stretching; and enjoy the way it feels to just get moving. These practices can be repeated regularly throughout your pregnancy, to help prepare your body for labor and beyond. Pregnancy is a time to feel empowered.
