We all have a different name for it: that feeling of dread that starts to build up around midday on Sunday. Some of us refer to it as the “Sunday scaries” or the “Sunday blues,” sometimes it’s simply called “The Dread” — which, let’s be real, is slightly dramatic. It’s the feeling of anxiety one starts to feel when thoughts about the upcoming week start to infiltrate the last remaining hours of the weekend, complicating our ability to relax and, ironically, causing us stress before our work week even begins.
